It will assist with a roadmap for the events industry to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Capital Bikeshare is one of the most popular ways to commute and it’s easy with 600+ stations. More than 1,500 buses operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) run on alternative fuel that is less harmful to the environment, including compressed natural gas, advanced technology diesel fuel and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel.
