ELLIOTT ASTER • St. Pete • $$$ Outfitted with low-slung booths, black-and-white photographs of St. Pete’s past, and 100-year-old frescoes, The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club’s Italian steakhouse is absolutely stunning. The food is also excellent. The house-made pastas are incredible, in particular the beef cheek tortelli filled with red wine-braised beef cheeks, Parmesan and aged balsamic vinegar.
