Head back to Frenchmen Street to stop at 30°/-90° , which stays open until 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. During special events like Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest, nearby Toulouse Theatre has music starting at 2 a.m. and stretching into the wee hours! 6 AM You won’t find much live music at 6 a.m. unless it’s on Mardi Gras Day, when Tipitina’s does a 5 a.m. sunrise set.
