CURATED & CONTEMPORARY In Minneapolis, Public Functionary is a hybrid gallery and creative space known for emerging talent and inclusive community exhibitions. The Minnesota Marine Art Museum in Winona features fine art exhibitions inspired by water-centric landscapes and themes.
