Ingredients (Serves 25) » » » » » ¾ cup flour 1 ½ cup sugar ½ cup cocoa powder ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt » ½ cup blood orange olive oil » ¼ cup vegetable oil » 1 ½ tsp vanilla » 3 eggs » 1 cup chocolate chips Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease bottom of 9x9 baking dish. 3. Mix all dry ingredients together. 4. Add oils, vanilla, eggs and mix well. 5. Stir in chocolate chips. 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean. 7.
