Over 80 new vending machines at O’Hare provide low-touch, 24/7 offerings that meet the evolving needs of travelers. Some are stocked with basic snacks, beverages, and travel essentials — while others sell everything from gourmet Sprinkles cupcakes and specialty popcorn, to Kylie® Cosmetics and LEGOS®. Looking ahead, O’Hare is expanding the mobile ordering program powered by Grab to Terminals 1, 2, and 3 for 2023. The new program will add dozens of new options and in-terminal delivery. Travelers will soon be able to search, order, and pay for food, beverages, and retail products from their phones for pick-up or delivery. In November 2021, O’Hare opened a new Airport Transit System (ATS) and added new train cars to its fleet.
