Pair one with the sublime French dishes from the kitchen. What’s a fun fact about the Royal Boucherie? We are located in a historic building that dates to the 1700s. Some of our wood floors are original and made from heart of oak pine, which is now extinct. What drink should people try when they visit? The Parisian Rose! I’m a sucker for a good whiskey sour, and this one is particularly beautiful because we infuse the bourbon with hibiscus flower. Favorite local attraction to bring visitors from out of town? I love the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I like to walk up the parkway, around Logan Square and up to the museum. But my favorite thing is to bring people to watch the sunset behind the art museum.
