In late October, the vineyards transition to bright oranges, reds, and yellows that make for incredible photo backdrops. Winter (December through February) In winter, rain brings rolling green hills and the happy yellow color of wild mustard blooms in dormant vineyards. Temperatures remain mild, but the weather may be cool with the occasional mist, rain, or fog. You can still have a quintessential Wine Country wedding in winter, especially if you opt for an indoor venue.
