Between M and N Streets, and 9th and 10th Streets MADSTEEZ’S GEORGE WASHINGTON NoMa displays a funkified mural of the nation’s first Commander-in-Chief by MADSTEEZ, who was commissioned by POW! WOW!, an international mural festival hosted in the neighborhood. 331 N Street NE CULTURE HOUSE Originally a Baptist Church built in 1886, this Victorian and Romanesque architectural gem was colorfully reimagined by artist HENSE in 2012.
