The hotel will also offer multi-use suite space for private events. Hyatt House Chicago/West Loop-Fulton Market is located just steps from Randolph Street’s famed Restaurant Row. The 14-story hotel offers 200 rooms, along with two meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 100 attendees. The stylish, 333-room Aloft Chicago Mag Mile is situated on Ontario Street, close to North Michigan Avenue. The 19-floor hotel features four suites and seven meeting rooms. The 15-story St. Clair Hotel-Magnificent Mile is the flagship of Red Roof’s new upper-midscale Red Collection. The hotel features 208 modern, affordably priced guest rooms. Two new Hilton hotels offering a combined total of 342 guest rooms have opened under one roof in the South Loop. Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop features spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites, complete with fully equipped kitchens. Guest rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop offer picture-perfect views of Lake Michigan and Museum Campus. Two flexible conference rooms accommodate up to 45 attendees. Beatnik on the River Navy Pier ’s planned new boutique hotel is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton . Le Colonial has moved to a new location on Oak Street, where it’s retained its tropical 1920s French-Asian flair. The Monkey Parlour is the restaurant’s private dining room, which seats 12. Beatnik on the River unveiled a new indoor space adjacent to its waterfront cocktail bar. The boho chic venue, covered in Persian rugs and decorative tiles, is available for private parties. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened its first Chicago restaurant on Oak Street in the Gold Coast. The restaurant includes a tasting room (perfect for private events), three-story wine tower, and a retail store. RPM on the Water is a dramatic four-level seafood restaurant overlooking the Chicago River.
