FARM-FRESH EAT & DISHES DRINK Nebraska Craft Beers Over the past decade, dozens of craft breweries have popped up across Nebraska. Farmers have connected directly with brewers to create a true grain-to-glass movement in Nebraska. The farmers and brewers teaming up have resulted in some truly one-of-a-kind and flavorful brews. 6 5 1 3 2 4 Kinkaider Brewing Co., Grand Island. 6 MUST-TRY BREWERIES 1 Nebraska Brewing Company, Omaha – Their first specialty beer is called Melange a Trois. It’s aged for six months in chardonnay barrels, giving this brew a distinct flavor and top ratings.
