COME TO LIFE / Getting Here & Getting Around COLORADO WELCOME CENTERS If you want to get in touch with knowledgeable locals during your visit, all you need to do is head to one of the 10 Colorado Welcome Centers. There’s one located in each corner of the state and at both ends of the major interstates that bisect the state — I-25 and I-70. Stop by for personable, face-to-face travel advice, and take your pick from scores of maps, brochures and regional guides. The coffee is always hot, and each center has Internet access and clean restrooms, as well as information on weather and road conditions. 10 GET THE GEAR As you travel Colorado’s roads, keep an eye out for the locally made products that help Coloradans explore our great outdoors: SKIS, SNOWBOARDS & ACCESSORIES: Icelantic (Golden), Wagner (Telluride), Meier (Denver), Apex Ski Boots (Golden), Bishop Binding Co (Edwards), Never Summer (Denver), All Boards Sports (Boulder), Faction Skis (Breckenridge), Folsom Custom Skis (Denver), High Society (Aspen), Liberty Skis (Avon), OZ Snowboards (Wheat Ridge), Rocky Mountain Underground (Breckenridge), Sick Stickz (Denver), Unity Snowboards (Silverthorne), Venture Snowboards (Silverton), Grace Skis (Gypsum) PACKS & BAGS: Osprey (Cortez), Kelty (Boulder), MHM (Denver), Topo Designs (Denver), Mountainsmith (Golden) BIKES: Yeti Cycles (Golden), Moots Cycles (Steamboat Springs) PERFORMANCE CLOTHING & OUTERWEAR: Smartwool (Steamboat Springs), Shredly (Carbondale), Melanzana (Leadville),Voormi (Pagosa Springs), Pearl Izumi (Louisville), Spyder Active Sports (Boulder), Mountain Standard (Boulder), Pactimo (Greenwood Village), Loki (Grand Junction), Janska (Colorado Springs), CG Habitats (Denver), Dynafit (Boulder), Flylow Gear (Denver), Obermeyer Ski Clothing (Aspen), Point6 (Steamboat Springs), Strafe (Aspen), Freeride Systems (Leadville) FOOTWEAR: La Sportiva (Boulder), Crocs (Niwot), Newton Running Company (Boulder), Pakems (Highlands Ranch) OUTDOOR-ADVENTURE GEAR: Big Agnes (Steamboat Springs), Sea to Summit (Boulder), Purl Wax (Dillon), Tenkara fly-fishing equipment (Boulder), Sierra Designs (Boulder), Scott Fly Rods (Montrose), OtterBox waterproof cases (Fort Collins), Ultimate Direction hydration packs (Boulder), Backcountry Access (Boulder), Ecovessel (Boulder), Badfish Stand Up Paddleboards (Salida), Native y (Longmont) (g ) , Zeal Optics (Boulder) Eyewear 3 DINOSAUR WELCOME CENTER FORT RT COLLINS WELCOME E CENTER C 2 1 JULESBURG WELCOME CENTER WE 4 SIL SILVERTHORNE LVER R ORNE RTHO E W WELCOME CENTER ENTER DENVER VE V ER E FRUITA UITA WEL LCOME CENTER ALAMOSA WELCOME CENTER ER 6 7 BURLINGTO BURLIN NGTO N O N WELCOME CENTER LAMAR WELCOME CENTER TRINIDAD WELCOME CENTER 9 8 5 CORTEZ WELCOME CENTER [1] FORT COLLINS 3745 E.
