LOUISIANA RESTAURANTS HONORED IN FIRST GUIDE COVERING THE SOUTH
Hungry for award-winning eats? In its first American South edition, the famed culinary guide granted MICHELIN Stars to three restaurants in New Orleans – Saint-Germain, Zasu and Emeril’s – the latter of which was the only restaurant in the American South to earn TWO stars.
But that’s not all. The MICHELIN Guide also named 11 Louisiana restaurants to its Bib Gourmand list, honoring quality food at a good value, and selected 20 more for serving up consistently good cuisine. Ready to dig in?
