COWBOY DONUTS Featured on the Food Network, this local donut shop not only offers delicious donuts but also kolaches for those looking for a savory breakfast. Ham & Cheese kolaches are a local favorite. 1573 Dewar Dr., Rock Springs Great Donuts Simply stated, this is a great donut shop. There are a variety of pastries available, and everything we had was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. It was just a great experience all around. Date of visit: July 2020 Go for a good local donut! This place is great. There was a steady stream of locals coming in while we were there. Try the kolaches, they are a really good alternative if you are not a donut person. Great local business! Date of visit: June 2021 EVE’S If you happen to be in the area on a Sunday, brunch at Eve’s is a must. The Avocado Toast is a favorite of many! Eve’s also offers a delicious dinner with a view of the White Mountain Golf Course. 1501 Clubhouse Dr., Rock Springs Great Sunday Brunch We had a great Sunday brunch. The staff was wonderfully attentive and friendly. The food was amazing, especially the stuffed French toast and the egg and toast. If you’re in the area this is a great place to stop. Date of visit: January 2021 Fabulous Food Fabulous Service We are fortunate to have this quality restaurant in our area. They not only serve exceptional food, but they are always giving back to our community. Date of visit: November 2020 GET REAL COFFEE This local coffee joint provides more than delightful coffees and teas. They also offer breakfast items including a wide variety of fresh bakery items for a quick breakfast on the go—give one a try! Soups and sandwiches are also available for lunch in the afternoon. 50 Monroe Ave., Green River Breakfast Great breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. Nice relaxing atmosphere and great service by wonderful staff. Great selection of quality coffee. Date of visit: February 2019 COWBOY CREPES & CAFÉ Cowboy Crepes & Café offers a wide variety of both sweet and savory crepes. Try the Ultimate Crepe filled with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, mozzarella cheese, hollandaise and basil. In addition to crepes they serve breakfast sandwiches, pastas and salads. If you’re in a hurry call ahead so it’s ready when you get there. 1977 Dewar Dr., Suite G, Rock Springs Oasis In Rock Springs We’ve made the trip across the western US many times on I-80. Our stop at Cowboy Crepes made it all worthwhile. It’s family run, simple, fast and delicious.The prices are very good for the quality of the food. Date of visit: July 2021 COAL TRAIN COFFEE DEPOT Located in the historic Union Pacific Railroad passenger depot, Coal Train Coffee Depot is a charming cafe serving international coffees, teas and more. Enjoy casual breakfast and lunch options including pastries, breakfast sandwiches and soups! 501 S. Main St., Rock Springs; 98 North 1st East, Green River Great Coffee and treats! Coal Train has awesome coffee and a great selection of treats. They also do lunch. Love the cool old building and the great service from staff. A fun place to hang out. Date of visit: July 2019
