Combine after-hours team building with beer pairings and tastings at some of Chicago’s hottest breweries. Goose Island may be Chicago’s best-known craft brewery, with a trio of event spaces located across the city. The Fulton St. Brewery & Taproom is ideal for receptions, with interactive tours and beer tastings. The Clybourn Brewhouse has two separate event rooms that can accommodate up to 80 people for a cocktail party. Host beer dinners for 40 to 140 guests in the stunning Barrel House, where Goose Island’s famous Bourbon County Stout is aged. ERIS Brewery and Cider House, situated in a 1910 Masonic Temple outfitted with salvaged materials, includes a dining room, brew deck, and mezzanine level for a maximum of 250 people for receptions. A lovely outdoor patio has room for an additional 100 guests. BiXi Beer is known for its creative craft brews and Asian-inspired bites like lamb wontons. Flexible spaces include an intimate lounge for parties of 20 or less; a private dining room seating up to 40 guests; and a second-floor outdoor patio with a retractable glass roof and standing room for 200. Exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, and moody lighting set the tone at Motor Row Brewing in the South Loop. The multi-floor venue accommodates up to 200 guests, with brewery tours available upon request. Revolution Brewing features the Logan Square Brewers’ Lounge, decorated with upcycled bourbon barrels, that serves plated dinners for up to 110 guests. The larger Kedzie Tap Room in the Avondale neighborhood accommodates 180 seated and 250 for receptions. Lagunitas Brewing Company offers tasting tours and multiple event venues, including The Basement with a baby grand piano, arcade games, and a giant Jenga, holding up to 150 people. Enjoy innovative botanical beers with upscale gastropub fare in a warm, woodsy atmosphere at Forbidden Root Restaurant & Brewery. Best known for its Daisy Cutter Pale Ale**, Half Acre Beer Company** can accommodate 200 people at their Balmoral Tap Room & Garden. The smaller Lincoln Brewery venue fits 60 in the brewery and 80 in the taproom. In Lakeview, Corridor Brewery & Provisions pairs citrusy pale ale and wheaty witbier with artisan pizzas and sandwiches. Helping Hands Doing good feels great and brings colleagues closer.
