While many cities have definitive “high” and “low” seasons, Las Vegas sees an influx of visitors throughout the year due to large festivals, special events, headliner performances, conventions and holiday celebrations such as New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Despite this, special deals can be found throughout the year, particularly if you sign up for casino-hotel rewards programs. Shoulder seasons (March–May and September–November) are ideal for enjoying moderate weather, while mid-week visits are perfect for finding deals on flights and hotel rooms. You’ll find “best times” to visit all year long.

POOL SEASON
You might be surprised to learn that many hotel pools are open year-round. For pool parties, however (see page 22 for reference), be sure to visit from mid-April through mid-October when the adults-only pool clubs are in full-swing.
