AIR TIME MADE EASY

Chicago leads the way when it comes to connectivity. We rest conveniently in the center of the country and boast two first-class airports with approximately 1,460 non-stop arrivals from about 260 domestic and international destinations, allowing attendees to travel from almost anywhere. More than 50 carriers serve O’Hare and Midway, which means attendees can easily travel on the airline of their choice.

O’HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

O’Hare is just 18 miles from downtown and one of the busiest airports in the country. O’Hare (ORD) has nearly 1,100 daily direct flights to 176 U.S. destinations and 127 daily direct flights to 72 international destinations. About 50 different airlines serve O’Hare.

In fact, O’Hare is the best connected U.S. “mega hub” airport and one of the best connected international hubs in the world according to OAG’s 2018 Megahubs Index. O’Hare has also been voted “Best Airport in North America” by readers of Global Traveler magazine for 14 consecutive years.

Domestic Terminals 1, 2 and 3

Each terminal features outstanding dining options, from Chicago restaurants to your favorite national food franchises. Shop boutiques, national brands and convenience kiosks, or relax and enjoy services from three spas.

There are power stations located throughout the terminals and free Wi-Fi in most public areas of the airport. Other features include an indoor urban garden, public art displays, a yoga room, rooms for nursing mothers, and a service animal/pet relief room in the Rotunda in Terminal 3.

International Terminal 5

In 2014, O’Hare unveiled the $26 million International Terminal 5.

Key features include:

  • Twenty-four luxury retail and dining destinations, including 11 local Chicago brands.

  • A redesigned TSA checkpoint.

  • A 10,000-square-foot flagship duty-free store, the first of its kind in North America.

  • Luxury restrooms, dynamic lounge-style seating with outlets and USB ports, plus lighting and signage that incorporate recycled materials.

MIDWAY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

A mere 10 miles from downtown, Midway is a premier point-to-point airport, offering leisure and business travel to nearly 80 destinations with over 250 daily flights. Five airline carriers serve Midway.

Midway has three concourses, each filled with a wide variety of dining options and shops. Several new local restaurants and shops have been added and many more are coming as part of the ongoing Midway Modernization Program concessions redevelopment. Iconic Chicago area establishments that have found a new home at Midway include Billy Goat Tavern, Porkchop, Arami, BIG & little’s and Woodgrain Neapolitan Pizzeria.
