The modern Italian bistro also serves up delicious Italian fare for lunch and dinner. WY Indeed A few spots that I have really enjoyed recently around the state are Paramount Ballroom in Cheyenne, Firewater Public House in Saratoga and Pizza Carrello in Gillette.
