THE RESTAURANT AT MEADOWOOD (Napa Valley) The Restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena focuses on local, sustainable California cuisine, with an avant-garde flair. Meadowood dabbles in the molecular gastronomy style popular with high-end restaurants, using emulsifiers, gelling agents and stabilizers.
