The Winner in Sharon has earned a following too — as one of the largest collections of discount women’s fashions. Imagine three floors of finds, including thousands of special occasion gowns. But don’t miss intimate shopping venues such as Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Row, where you can browse national retailers and consult local stylists inside smartly dressed boutiques. In between, relax at a neighborhood spa or amid the outdoor sculpture of Rittenhouse Square.
