Dim Sum DELICIOUS DIM SUM (752 Jackson St.) One word comes to mind when talking about this Chinatown shop: delicious. What's popular: har gow, shrimp and chive dumpling. DOL HO (808 Pacific Ave.) This is where Chinatown’s longtime residents eat. No frills and busy, Dol Ho is famous for dim sum and reasonably priced. Cash only. What’s popular: spare rib over rice.
