This is a monumental year for Colorado, as we celebrate 150 years of statehood in conjunction with 250 years of American independence. Join us in commemorating this milestone and welcoming a new era by taking part in a variety of signature initiatives throughout the year.
From touring newly unveiled historic sites to joining organized ascents to some of our tallest peaks, there will be endless opportunities for discovery.
While exploring our beautiful state, we encourage everyone to Do Colorado Right and travel thoughtfully. Small actions, like using public transportation, keeping our trails clean and even renting an e-bike, can help us preserve our pristine environment for future generations to experience, while adding to your adventure.
