DISTRICT TABLE & TAP

WHERE TO EAT
Pair bar-food creations, like loaded fries and the barbecue bacon burger, with a selection of 30 beers on tap at Norfolk’s District Table & Tap. If coffee is in order, get your fix — plus homecooked specials — at Fill My Cup Coffeehouse in Genoa. At Norfolk Lodge & Suites, discover small-batch craft beer at Divots Brewery and casual American fare at SandBar & Grill Restaurant in Norfolk. Grab a burger with a side of tots or onion rings at Bob’s Bar & Grill in Martinsburg. Be sure to ask about the daily specials, too. For wood-fired pizzas and deli sandwiches, try Norfolk’s NoFo Pizza & Cafe.

WHERE TO DRINK
Sample craft beer, like Abe’s Honey Porter, from Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company in Wayne. Local-favorite Columbus restaurant Dusters offers burgers, steaks, pasta and craft beer from onsite Gottberg Brewery. In Fort Calhoun, sample wines, beers and spirits at the Too Far North tasting room. Stop by Glur’s Tavern in Columbus, the longest continuously running tavern west of the Missouri River.
