CHICAGO’S LAKEFRONT TREASURE

Navy Pier continues its legacy as the People’s Pier, welcoming guests from near and far year-round. With breathtaking views of the city skyline and magnificent Lake Michigan, Navy Pier offers a unique meeting location with amenities and entertainment galore. Getting to Navy Pier is easy. The Pier is accessible by public transportation and ridesharing vehicles. An on-site garage offers convenient parking.

Building upon Navy Pier’s incredible history, which dates back to 1916, the Pier continues to evolve to meet the needs of guests. Navy Pier amenities include the Sable Hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, featuring floor-to-ceiling window views of the lakefront in all 223 rooms.

In 2024, Flyover Chicago opened at the Pier. This exhilarating immersive experience provides guests with authentic stories of Chicago and a soaring adventure that takes flight over the 77 neighborhoods of the city.

Whether celebrating a special occasion or toasting to the work week, Offshore Rooftop & Bar is the perfect destination for life’s most photographable moments. Perched three stories high on the East End of Navy Pier, Offshore boasts the record for the world’s largest rooftop restaurant and bar by Guinness World Records.

Spanning more than six city blocks, Navy Pier features the Centennial Wheel, offering views of Chicago from nearly 200 feet in the air, as well as more than 70 unique Chicago-centric shops and dining experiences. Throughout the year, Navy Pier hosts free live music and dance performances featuring a variety of genres, movies on the lake, artisan markets, fitness, art installations, and so much more.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, on Wednesday and Saturday nights, the skies over Navy Pier sparkle with an award-winning fireworks show. Choreographed to inspirational soundtracks, the fireworks show is awe-inspiring.

As a fellow nonprofit organization, Navy Pier is proud to be the home of two inspiring cultural institutions: the Chicago Shakespeare Theater and Chicago Children’s Museum. From reinterpreted classic performances to hands-on play, the Pier offers a variety of experiences for all.
