By partnering with the CVB, you’ll work closely with our team of local experts who know how to find the best restaurants, venues, destination management companies and tours that are the perfect fit for your group. Convention Services Team ©Jeff Anding Welcome to Our City The Convention & Services team works extensively with hospitality members, and will advise them when your group is arriving so they will be ready for you. We can also inform CVB members of requests for proposals for a wide range of needs, be it logistics such as printing and exhibition services, or recreational activities such as golfing or tours. Planning Ahead We can assist you in organizing site inspection itineraries and building a schedule that ensures your group makes the most of its stay in New Orleans. Support Staff Need in-house help during your meeting or convention? We’ve got you covered! The Convention Services team has personnel to assist with meeting registration and other logistical needs. Group Housing We provide complimentary housing services for groups requiring 1,800 or more rooms on peak night or those utilizing three or more hotels. Generating Buzz We offer a selection of complimentary promotional materials, such as the New Orleans promotional brochure and New Orleans-themed postcards. On-site literature includes a French Quarter walking guide brochure and the Official New Orleans Visitors Guide, in addition to multilingual brochures (available in eight languages).
