A New Orleans institution, Rebirth never fails to bring audiences to their feet with a romping fusion of funk, soul and brass. 3 Wednesday YLC Wednesday at the Square On Wednesday evenings from March to June, Lafayette Square comes alive with free concerts featuring New Orleans jazz, funk, pop and brass bands. And it’s all for a good cause: the nonprofit Young Leadership Council, whose mission is to create tomorrow’s leaders through community projects, sponsors the gig. Hear the BB King’s Blues Club All-Stars perform daily and nightly at their namesake French Quarter restaurant and music venue.
