Audubon National Wildlife Refuge, Coleharbor

In central North Dakota, Highway 200 does something amazing. For more than two miles, it crosses the Missouri River valley over the Garrison Dam, which forms the immense Lake Sakakawea. The roads to and around our big lake also form scenic byways, as well as main streets featuring bakeries, ice cream shops and holiday festivals.
