For more than 100 years, the San Francisco Travel Association has worked on behalf of its members to promote San Francisco as the destination of choice for conventions and leisure travel. We offer a suite of services to make planning an event here as easy and straightforward as possible, while ensuring that attendees from groups large and small have an outstanding experience during their stay. Best of all, the services we provide are free. As a 501(c)(6) membership organization, our operating budget comes from member dues, hotel taxes and contracts — not from fees for meeting planners — so you can leverage our enthusiasm and expertise without breaking your budget. PLAN A MEETING
Fill out our online form with your preferred date, expected group size and a few other pieces of information, and our experienced convention staff will work to research venues and hotels. Whether it’s a small self-contained meeting or a citywide convention, we can assist you with events of any size.
VENUE SEARCH
We offer detailed venue searches on our website, including restaurants, accommodations, special events and cultural spaces. Search by neighborhood, capacity or amenities. You can also explore some of the city’s hottest hotels, venues, and attractions through our Virtual Site Tours. When it’s time to visit, members of our staff will be ready to assist with walk-throughs of your top choices.
