Afterward, jump on The Big Apple Coaster at New York New York Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, an exhilarating 203-foot-tall roller coaster that goes up to 67 miles per hour. If you’d prefer something a little more relaxed, see the Strip in all its glory with the Eiffel Tower Experience at Paris Las Vegas for 360-degree views of the city. AFTERNOON Get your fill of food and music at Sunday’s World Famous Gospel Brunch at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Indulge in the all-you-can-eat buffet with items like its famous chicken and waffles and creamy mac and cheese, set to the soundtrack of a live choir.
